Registration with RoGEP demonstrates your competence, experience and commitment to professional standards within ground engineering.
RoGEP is open to ground engineers who hold recognised professional qualifications and can demonstrate relevant experience within the discipline.
Registration offers:

Five grades of registration are available:
- Registered Ground Engineering Technician
- Registered Ground Engineering Practitioner
- Registered Ground Engineering Professional
- Registered Ground Engineering Specialist
- Registered Ground Engineering Adviser
Progression through the grades reflect increasing levels of competence, responsibility and experience.
To become registered, applicants must:
- Hold an appropriate professional qualification through ICE, IoM3, GSL, Engineers Ireland or IGI.
- Demonstrate relevant ground engineering experience
- Meet the competency requirements for the grade applied for
- Commit to ongoing Continuing Professional Development.
The Register is publicly available and can be searched by clients and employers seeking competent ground engineering professionals.
